West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals -
The Supreme Court of Appeals is West Virginia?s highest court and the court of last resort and final interpretation of West Virginia law.

Kentucky Supreme Court -
The Kentucky Supreme Court is the court of last resort and the final interpreter of state law. It hears appeals of decisions from the lower state courts.

Supreme Court of Ohio -
The Supreme Court is the court of last resort in Ohio. Most of its cases are appeals from the twelve district courts of appeals.

US Supreme Court -
The Supreme Court is the highest tribunal in the nation for all cases and controversies arising under the Constitution or the laws of the United States. The Court stands as the final arbiter of the law and guardian of constitutional liberties.

US Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit -
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit reviews appeals from the federal district courts in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia, and from the U.S. Tax Court and certain federal administrative agencies where the non-governmental parties are from the states that make up the Fourth Circuit.
