Recent Seminars & Publications
F3 recognizes its responsibility to promote a better understanding of the law. We litigate, we educate and we publish.
We litigate throughout West Virginia and in Ohio and Kentucky as requested.
Through seminars, our lawyers educate Justices of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, Circuit Judges, members of the West Virginia State Bar, student and faculty at the West Virginia University College of Law, students and faculty at Joan C. Edwards Marshall University Medical School, members of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, hospital staffs, physician and nurse groups as well as numerous clients.
We publish book chapters, journal articles and seminar papers on a regular basis regarding product liability law and medicine, employment law, mental health law and our other practice areas.
