Situated in Huntington, West Virginia, the Farrell brothers have assembled a specialized team of lawyers and legal assistants with diversified and voluminous experience in providing litigation services for our clients. The Firm is staffed to respond to the rapidly changing conditions and challenges confronting corporate clients, insurers and professionals.

The first tenet of our Mission is quality. Quality legal service begins with the early and correct identification of the factual and legal issues. Challenging all phases of a plaintiff's case is the key to successful defense verdicts. F3 is aggressive in educating the courts and juries about our clients' duty in relation to claims of breach of duty, causation and damages.

The second tenet is efficiency. Efficient analysis of the documentary evidence, identification and recruitment of the right expert witnesses, and identification of the questions to be answered to structure a case are critical for the jury to return a defense verdict.

The third tenet is communication. Every claim involves interpersonal interactions. Communication is essential in defending any claim so that each party will know and understand the theories of liability and defense. Our attorneys accept the responsibility for providing frequent and effective communication by and between defense counsel, the client and, as applicable, the insurer. Communicating about risk management strategies is also integral to the assistance we provide our clients to avoid litigation in the future.

The fourth tenet is professionalism. Litigation is an adversarial process which demands that each participant respect both the process and each other. High risk, complex cases frequently evoke great emotion by plaintiffs and matching responses by defendants.
